However, he oversaw and fully supported significant business change - both from our client (the MPS) and within Capgemini - and ultimately was key in the seamless transition of services to CSC/DXC in 2016. When that transition was being planned, it was clear from the outset that Colin was vital to its success and that his new role in CSC/DXC would recognise his potential. As Account Run Lead for Hosting Services, Colin took over full responsibility for all teams and functions in his Tower and has capably run the service for over 2 years. Through significant transformation, he has overseen a degree of technological and process change never before seen on the MPS account. He is widely respected by the client, within DXC and amongst all the other tower suppliers. Colin remains one of the most diligent, honest, capable, organised and loyal people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Always up for a challenge, always supportive of his team, and always calm under pressure, I’ve yet to see him shy away from a difficult situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Colin. "
