I am an experienced leader and have worked both in the UK and globally, managing multidisciplinary teams of up to 100 members of staff. As a result I understand how to work with different personalities, different cultures and different challenges. At the core of everything I do is the customer and I motivate my teams to deliver exceptional service at every stage.I have experience in negotiations and relationship development with multiple client types. I am as comfortable working with private individuals as I am with high level C-Suite executives, negotiating complex supplier agreements. Throughout my career I have delivered though being able to solve problems, whether that is through training, new processes, new software solutions or other innovative ways of approaching things. There is always a solution. There is always a way to improve. The results come from being able to see that, define and implement the right solutions and motivate others to perform.
