I am an environmental and heritage charity sector CEO with over 14 years of experience at C-level, hold a Master's Degree in Charity Management and I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). In September 2023, I took up the reins as Chief Executive at Wimbledon and Putney Commons, leading the charity which manages 1140 acres of heathland, acid grassland, bogs, ponds/meres, secondary woodland and playing fields in South West London. In 2020 I led the successful merger of two charities to create Habitats & Heritage, increasing the scale and impact of the charity and inspired a culture of high performance and collaboration among the staff, volunteers and partner organisations. My mission is to aid nature's recovery, build climate resilience through nature-based solutions and to empower communities to engage with and value nature. I have a strong background in charity leadership, governance, soft political influencing, and stakeholder management, community development/organising/engagement. I have formed strategic partnerships with local authorities, businesses, and other charities to increase impact, enhance fundraising and income generation.
