Responsible for the overall effectiveness and performance of the Ennea International Group comprising primarily FIVE LENS Enneagram People Development Ltd., LearnSmartly, QCore, and Personality Star Ltd. I also continue as Head of Product and Certification.

As a credentialed Professional Certified Coach and Facilitator I head up the design and delivery of all people development interventions to our clients and their organisations. My work focuses on building Mastery in leaders and teams through the use of an exceptional people development platform which utilises a number of powerful models and processes. The models I make use include: the Enneagram which provides in depth insights into human behaviour and motivations; Personal Mastery centred on the work of Peter Senge; Emotional Resilience; and Social Drives. I also certify professionals in the human development field in the use of our development platform (the 5LQ) along with our methodologies and developmental processes.

Coaching (leaders, executive & managers); Facilitation of Team Development Process; Co-developer of Adfen E-Scale (assessment instrument for use by coaches, facilitators and counsellors); Training of coaches, facilitators and counsellors on the Adfen E-Scale Accreditation Programme; Business strategy & development; Facilitation of leadership development programmes in conjunction with University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business (Centre for Coaching).

Responsible for all training and development within the organisation (technical and human skills). My own particular focus was on the development of leadership and management competencies. The work involved:a) Leading a team of people within the function.b) Completing company-wide training needs analyses.c) Design, development and implementation of programmes.d) Evaluation of training programmes.e) Compiling and managing departmental budgets.f) Leading & implementing an Employee Assistance Programme.

I was the first person appointed to this newly created position. Responsibilities included the identification of training needs and implementation of an annual training programme for two hundred Careers Service staff. I was also responsible for planning and organising the county higher education conferences which approximately ten thousand people attended annually. Whilst in this post I also designed and implemented a human resource development programme.

Responsible for providing a careers guidance service to people aged from 13 years to adult, but specialising in offering guidance to students aged 16 years and above in further & higher education establishments. The work also involved liaising with employers, colleges, polytechnics, universities and other training organisations. Also responsible for managing, organising and leading an in-district training programme for ten staff and having some input to the countywide training programme. The post involved deputising for the District Careers Officer when required, and formed an integral part of the District Management Team.
