For me it is not about the sale it is about the clients expectation & the delivery of these.Delivery has been a constant theme through my life & that really helps when the company mantra is “delivering exceptional customer experiences” – it resonates with me personally & I know that it is the best & only successful path forward to all parties.My clients tell me that I have an eye for detail, for accuracy & for creativity but I just want it all to be right, first time, every time. The client is always at the centre of my thinking, what would I want, my high standards & the trust the clients put in me to ensure that I do what I say I am going to do, when & how I say it will be done – not picky, just right.I think collaborative creativity is the key to success, bringing in people with different viewpoints from the clients side, challenging some preconceptions with expertise & experience so that everyone feels engaged co-creation – my role is inviting the right people to the meeting & then refereeing the right outcome for all.Some people think work is a job, I think work should be fun & I work hard to make sure it is for everyone. Using my personality & character to get the messages out there, to engage, negotiate with suppliers & consider all the viewpoints (Strategic, tactical & operational) to that “stuff” works first time.
