Notably, I played a pivotal role in the AstraZeneca relocation of research sites to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus (“the DISC”), a groundbreaking move in the UK scientific landscape.🔬 Scientific Innovation and Efficiency: As a scientist at heart, I thrive on challenging the status quo. I actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive innovation. My can-do attitude and delivery record are underscored by numerous in-house successes, complemented by industry-leading change initiatives.🤝 Collaboration and Relationship Building: Delivery is a team effort. I describe myself as a collaborative team player who bridges the gap between internal capabilities and external providers.
