Supporting the wider program for the occupation of the DISC our new AstraZeneca R&D centre on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Described as one of the largest life science moves in the UK the project relocated over 2200 employees and installed 25,000 items of equipment. As a key member of this team I worked closely with the Director of Science Transition.

The key focus was the Safe and compliant handover of AstraZeneca assets to the landlord and the relocation of science teams to Cambridge. The challenges faced during this period included the emergence of COVID and implementation of safe working practices.
