Part of the on-site management team for Camden Potomac Yard in Arlington, VA. I spent the summer as a development intern, perfecting skills related to personal selling, customer service, and resident management. During my time in Arlington I used analytical expertise to examine property budgets and draw conclusions needed to meet future budget figures. I also had the opportunity to shadow regional directors to gain insight into other roles related to managing residential communities. During my 10-week employment I developed an in-depth understanding of software programs such as OneSite and YieldStar as well.

Interned in the New York Metropolitan area at a class A high-rise lease-up community for undergraduate field study credit at Virginia Tech. Spent the summer as a primary leasing specialist and took on multiple management responsibilities including leasing, screening applicants, handling maintenance requests, and carrying out weekly reports.
