I'm currently responsible for the overall operational efficiency of all retail functions within Waukesha State Bank. I implement and manage policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profits for the organization as a whole across all 14 branches within Waukesha County. I also discover, research, and roll out all new equipment, resources, and systems which we employ to increase customer satisfaction across all retail delivery channels.

As the manager of Retail Banking Support Team it was my responsibility to hire and develop a variety of Retail Banking employees, from Tellers to Personal Bankers and Supervisors, all of whom provide exceptional customer service at any of Waukesha State Bank’s 14 full-service branches. Additionally, I worked collaboratively with other Bank Managers to increase our company’s visibility in the market and promote community-wide service and leadership opportunities!

I drove customer service excellence within my office, built and maintained financial relationships with a broad spectrum of customers, and evaluated month-to-month office performance. I was also responsible for mentoring new employees, Deposit Accounts Representatives, and Assistant Teller Supervisors.

It was my responsibility to oversee employees and operations in the James R. Conner University Center and direct employees to help achieve the best customer satisfaction and efficiency in the $30 million facility. As the lead manager I also trained, developed, and supervised the 9 other members of the managerial team, as well as acted as a liaison between student employees and administrative staff. I also coordinated interdepartmental training, weekly meetings, and handled daily money transfers of up to $70,000.

Oconomowoc Wisconsin

Supervised local laboratory works as part of a 700 store national eyewear company. Operated and maintained $500,000 computer controlled equipment and produced a daily revenue of $9,000.
