I started working in broadcast television engineering with network affiliates while studying electronics and electrical engineering in college. During this time I gained experience with all things video, audio and RF. After a stint with the PBS affiliate at Montana State University I moved into Distance Learning at Northern Arizona University while it was still based on the principles of television. After a few years we (DL and I) transitioned into the digital age of T1s, bits and pixels. With that background, and a desire to return to Montana, I took a networking position and concentrated on computer networking and Distance Learning. After advancing to Network Manager at Montana State University, I moved to Oracle as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Here I have applied my network and system admin knowledge to Oracle customers who encounter issues running Oracle SAAS applications due to their local network, security, and workstation settings. Specialties: Distance LearningWAN and LAN design, installation and support. Solving problems that didn't exist when I was born.
