I built enterprise-class search applications using the Velocity search platform (now renamed Watson Explorer, formerly Infosphere Data Explorer) and develop custom tools to facilitate deployment of the software.In the past, I specialized in federal professional services with experience in both Americas and EMEA services, as well. Coordinating sponsorship and media relations for a major LAN party video gaming event in the Philadelphia, PA area as a part of a staff of more than a dozen gaming event organization veterans. My team of two secured more than $12,000 in prizing for the organization's 2013 event.

Vivisimo Velocity is a software which helps users leverage content created by other users through a web-based interface to an enterprise's data storage systems, including email, network storage, databases, web sites, and everything else to which we can possibly connect our engine. I've worked with several customers, the longest for more than two years. I specialized in federal professional services with experience in both Americas and EMEA services, as well. I've developed several custom tools for making Velocity developers' lives easier and to demonstrate the power of the Velocity API.IBM purchased Vivísimo in May 2012, and I continued with the company. Founded in January 2009 with Jonathan Daniel.Our main project/product was Profyle.At, a personal profile directory service that helped folks find other people on the vast number of social networks through a searchable, authenticated, and verified index of profiles. We retired it amid resource constraints and a surge of highly-funded competitors, such as About.Me and Flavors.Me.

I wrote articles and reviews and worked some on the backend, as well as ran the server.BIOS LEVEL originally started as an open source and video gaming community advocate, but was re-imagined as as a review site.

Served as Director of Technology for the non-profit youth leadership organization that hosted a yearly seminar for ~120 high school sophomores. Also served as Alumni Administrator of its offshoot alumni organization after attending the program myself in 2001, managing dozens of alumni at the seminar and at reunion events. YLAoWPA was formerly the western PA division of the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Program until 2003 when left the national organization to pioneer a modified and more interesting program.
