As a PhD in Biological Sciences, I began my career at Biohainaut company (Enzybel International’ssubsidiary) as Project Manager. My mission was to develop and formulate enzymatic tools forthe food industry. One year later, my department had been transferred in the EnzybelInternational facilities where I continued my job as Head of R&D.
