I was a team lead for the XBRL production department for RR Donnelley's Active Disclosure financial reporting platform. Responsible for a client book of 100+ SEC filers and growing, along with the development of the XBRL portion of the Active Disclosure platform and its professional services. I participate in creation of complex processes involving many technology and human resources, training of new and experienced analysts, writing user stories for software enhancements as well as management and development of significant offshore resources. I am also part of the RR Donnelley Internal Best Practices Committee where we guide the quality of almost 1000 of the industries best quarterly and annual XBRL filings and regularly communicate with the SEC, FASB and other regulatory agencies.

I was a volunteer financial coach for low income people in Dane County, WI. I spent time talking with people to understanding their financial problems and working with them to come up with goals and plans for improvement. It allows me to use my financial skills to help people who normally can not afford the services of a financial expert. It is a great program.

In 2009 my brother Orin came to me and asked if I would help him start a studio electronics business. I guidedthe company through its creation, dealing with most legal, financial, and HR related issues as well as being the companies accountant.
