Founded MDLL (Maryland Lacrosse League) in 2019 to create a vibrant lacrosse community in Maryland.Overseeing the growth and development of the league, which now boasts more than 100 teams across various divisions.MDLL Select Club for boys and girls in Baltimore and Anne Arundel CountyFostered partnerships with local businesses to enhance the social experience for players and create a sense of community.Fundraised over $90,000 for non-profit organizations, reflecting the league's commitment to giving back to the community.

Independently provide instructional technology support to faculty by helping them develop online, web-based, interactive content. Independently assess, design, develop, and implement highly complex learning solutions for online, web-based, or interactive applications and materials. Use instructional design to help improve course-level outcomes for informed redesign by creating resources and assessments that optimize the design of the courses. Help manage Course based assessments and improve processes factors related to the CSWE Accreditation standards. This includes knowledge of principles and processes assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of end-user satisfaction.Research and evaluate instructional technology resources and their effectiveness for the acquisition and implementation of new instructional technologies by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
