Responsible for the integration of design build of a large-scale Semiconductor facility, providing the interface and leadership between multi-tiered 3rd party A/E and the Construction team. Ensuring a successful Integrated Project Delivery of EPCM. Structured the “backward pass” analogy approach to semiconductor industry to ensure that the front-end scheduling of the design, procurement and execution met the needs of the owners “wafers out” deliverable, utilizing tool install SME’s foresight and POC needs. Created CM staffing requirement and plans for the duration of the project from programming through RFE and Cx. Oversight of the early enabling, logistics planning and work closely with the safety leadership to ensure correct reporting and assignment of staff.
