Structured the “backward pass” analogy approach to semiconductor industry to ensure that the front-end scheduling of the design, procurement and execution met the needs of the owners “wafers out” deliverable, utilizing tool install SME’s foresight and POC needs. Created CM staffing requirement and plans for the duration of the project from programming through RFE and Cx. Work closely with the owner and Leadership team to ensure correct set up of the project from staffing, through project administration, processes, tools, and procedures. Developed the project schedule with scheduling resources to align with the process systems, turnkey vendor and chem ready date to ensure correct alignment on long lead equipment and materials with the blowdown sequence and early run needs of the FAB to allow clean room and RMF to be erected.
