I’m a C-suite leader living & working in South Carolina. I am an engineering executive & entrepreneur who has founded several companies in construction, telecommunications, fiber optics, & mining sectors. I consider myself a tech leader as well as a collaborator, able to take charge and work together with my team until the job is done.I have worked on a wide range of international infrastructure projects; building power & communications infrastructure across 3 continents. I managed and worked alongside of international teams in Mauritania, Australia, Canada and the USA. Working in these cross-cultural teams has introduced me to different leadership styles. These hands-on experiences have been vital in helping me direct a myriad of teams working in hard conditions & executing complex jobs.Currently, I’m a Co-founder, Partner and Vice President of Project Management at Wolf Line Construction, where we specialize in the installation of fiber optic cable on transmission lines, distribution lines in energized space, including FTTX. I helped build this company from the ground up, recruiting and hiring the team while managing all budgetary requirements. We are a proud member of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) helping to bring power and broadband to every community in the United States.In my role as VP of PM, current ops are my specialty. I manage a great team of engineers and units to efficiently deploy networks across rural America. I also manage and ensure complete adherence to all OSHA regulations. Since 2016, we have grown to a team of 60+ employees with over $25m in revenue every year. My cultural and global experience is not limited to just my career. I am an avid international traveler and I love everything outdoors related. I have a BaSC from University of British Columbia, minoring in Commerce. In 2019, I completed my MBA at the University of South Carolina in the US. I also maintain a Professional Engineer certificate (PEng).
