I was briefly trained on how to deal with council tax and arrears also.During my short time at Rockford I was not trained in many aspects however I did enjoy my time spent at the company.

Tesco Direct Emails - Aftersales Department, I respond to emails from customers who have experienced difficulties with orders placed online with Tesco Direct, it is my responsibility to ensure that customers are 100% satisfied with their orders and resolve any issues which may arise. I am also trained in Aftersales Calls, where I can respond to customer who phone in regarding issues with their orders.On my second day live, after 3 weeks training, I received my first Service Award for delivering excellent customer service.
