Cedar Street Garage is a consultancy and innovation incubator for ideas in machine learning (mainly deep learning) applied to robotics, autonomous vehicles and healthcare. Typical tools include Python, TensorFlow, Keras and ROS, with an occasionally foray into OCaml. Fuel is a 16-week, collaborative program that matches early-stage, supply chain-focused startups with key enterprise partners in order to accelerate the development of tangible solutions to some of the industry’s biggest supply chain & logistics challenges. I provided mentorship and guidance to companies at Fuel both in regards to the use of machine learning and data science in their products as well as general review and discourse regarding their strategic product vision.

Computer Science Club is really important to me because of the large distinction between programming experience and computer science knowledge. I see far too much lack of knowledge of basic ideas in computer science in the programming community and want to change that. From regular expressions to FFTs to balanced trees to stochastic gradient descent convolutional neural networks, Computer Science Club is a place to learn larger ideas.Personal achievements with the group includes: • Enhanced community knowledge by scheduling public computer science presentations • Designed curriculum for ten presentations and counting • Grew group to over 200 members

I started Auteur Audio as an avenue for the production of a flagship amplifier design with an emphasis on fast response and low noise. This amplifier has received critical review and been showcased at trade events such as the Rocky Mountain Audio Festival. Key personal successes include: • Engineered all aspects of audio amplifier products • Managed introduction at prestigious audio show • Support of DIY audio with open source GitHub repositiories

Ozark Oak and Steel was a creative outlet for furniture designs that I created while refurnishing my own home. Custom pieces have been created for discerning clients.Key personal accomplishments include:• Designed bespoke furniture influenced by Mission, Nakashima, Eames and Wright• Sourced 100% of hardwoods from local mills and TIG welded all steel frames• Created website CMS as RoR middleware

• Co-founded company and led proposition for seed round funding through startup accelerator• Architected novel use of Black-Scholes options pricing applied to small distributed markets• Managed three people in development of MVPIt may not be shocking that a business built on an options pricing arbitrage model in a market dominated by small farmers in Arkansas was not a huge success, but we tried anyway. The real failure was group agreement on a pivoting strategy; that is what killed it.
