I participated in the CPi program (Creation of Innovative Products), a 6-month inter-school program dedicated to interdisciplinary innovation led by Schoolab, as an Innovation Designer / Design Thinking Consultant. With a group of 6 people composed of students from ESSEC and Centrale Supélec, we responded to a real need of the Communication and Brand Department of SNCF. I went on an international exploration and ideation mission to benchmark digital, commercial and cultural solutions that could be used by onepoint. Together with another designer, we travelled to nine capitals and/or metropolises in total autonomy in order to feed onepoint's future projects with new technologies, user experiences and innovative business models, both at B2B and B2C level. The areas observed are retail, transport, tourism, health, leisure, culture, sport and e-sport, smart buildings and smart cities. As a result of the observations made, we have developed some twenty innovative concepts that meet the real needs of users, so that they can be implemented by onepoint and its partners. My tasks: - Budget management - Planning management - Organisation of meetings with innovation players (large groups, start-ups, etc.) - Conducting user surveys and interviews - Creation of new concepts and new business models - Creation of summary sheets to create an innovation directory - Prototyping of three key concepts - Creation of use scenarios
