I am a 2023 graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, with a BFA in Communication Design and concentrations in Advertising and Graphic Design. I’m a conceptual thinker with big ideas who’s passionate about solving problems and changing the world through design.I am very adept in the Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, which I have used for a wide variety of projects over my personal, educational, and professional careers for over seven years. Photoshop and digital photography are also strong skills for me, as I’ve also been using Photoshop for editing photos from slight touch-ups to extreme transformations, as well as for digital painting and illustration, for over six years.My design experience entails being a PR/Marketing Intern at the Reading Public Museum, where I designed ads for the museum’s gift shop around the holiday season, working solo on a logo for a student-run drama club called “A.C.T. - Actors Creating Theatre,” as well as collaborating with a team of fellow student designers and meeting with a client in Designathon; a 12-hour design marathon where students meet with and design logos for local non-profits. These opportunities have given me the opportunity to showcase my design prowess, adaptability, and cooperativeness, and taught me valuable professional and social skills that have stuck with me throughout my school career and will stick with me throughout my professional career as well.I am a passionate and imaginative designer who always tries to keep things new, fresh, and unexpected. As someone who has worked several part-time jobs throughout my college career, I’m never able to fully rest in the workplace – I have to be proactive and I’m always looking for something to do. Whether my job was to deliver pizzas, bus tables, clean doctors’ offices, make hoagies, or even customer service, I’ve tried my best to help the people working around me to lighten the mood and workload for everyone.
