The Commercial Real Estate Workshop is a case-based program where members create and present deals to a panel of judges. The Workshop provides members with insight and real-world experience for a career in commercial real estate upon graduation.- Faculty-selected to participate in exclusive program focused on preparing students for careers in commercial real estate.- Trained in high-level real estate financial modeling, alternative operating models, market analysis, and real estate fundamentals.

-Attend to members needs by helping with their golf bags, giving them clean golf carts, cleaning golf carts, cleaning members golf clubs, and answering questions about the course-Maintain the golf course by monitoring the short game practice area, driving range, and any other golf needs on the property-Helped with operational work needed around the property-Selected to work on big tournament days to run and organize the setup of the tournament

-Improved golfers’ experience by assisting them with my knowledge of golf and the course such as reading greens, suggesting club selection, and more-Assist members with physical tasks on the course such as raking bunkers, replacing divots, and more-Converse with the members about our lives and business ventures-Received several requests from numerous members to caddy for them-Selected to train and lead new incoming caddies by playing 18 holes providing my insight on how to be the best possible caddy
