CurrentAs a Training Specialist at DLCSPM, I lead the charge in ensuring the Army's tech proficiency. My role intertwines software analysis with robust training development.Achievements: LCSS Progression: Drove LCSS enhancements, pinpointing TacC2IS training needs, resulting in updated courseware aligned with DLCSPM directives. Material Updates: Actively assessed software/firmware, ensuring TacC2IS materials remained current. Course Creation: Crafted courses such as the Network Time Protocol server and sessions on Cisco Unified Communications Manager & Cisco Meeting Server, bridging training voids and boosting network reliability. Datacentre CONOPS: Launched a training-focused datacentre CONOPS, elevating hands-on training for system admins. Training Methodology: Innovated training for deployable networks, fast-tracking admin skills. This, along with addressing the Linux training gap, led to cost savings & quality uplift.Duties: Analyzed Army's training needs, updating and creating courses as required. Evaluated new software/firmware, setting training standards for systems like Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Cisco IOS. Adapted training materials based on software shifts, led training sessions, and ensured Army personnel expertise. Managed software/firmware installations and configurations in training settings, including Exchange messaging software.My tenure has honed my expertise in software systems and underscored the importance of ongoing learning.
