Colin was a Partner and Workplace Specialist at EC Harris responsible for the real estate, workplace and occupational strategy for major commissions in the EMEA region.As well as developing EC Harris’ specialist workplace proposition and founding the specialist workplace transformation team, Colin has led major change programmes for large multi-national corporate clients and helped several Government clients and NDPBs optimise their work place strategy and introduce modern methods of working. Colin was responsible for EC Harris’ own new international headquarters, delivering a major step change in business performance and corporate culture.
