Dashboards & Reports• External Stakeholders: Delivered insights into carrier costs and delivery KPIs, automated weekly and EOM reports, and set up tracking alerts for designated carriers, covering over 55 dashboards using Domo BI.• Finance Team: Red flagging unpaid deliveries to action cost recovery and forecasting next month's revenue using Magic ETL in Domo BI.• Operations Team: Developed reporting tools to mitigate critical issues and monitor client activity by consolidating data into a single location, enabling immediate action and increasing performance by 25%.Data Wrangling• Cleansing: incoming data sources, to ensure correct data types/formats, address, metrics are being used.• Domo ETL: Utilizing Domo's Magic ETL environment to efficiently automate and streamline data for functional application. Responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts, which included setting up and maintaining Domo BI dashboards and scheduled reports. Other duties occasionally included Tech Support and System Testing.

Onboarded another high-profile client. To ensure the rollout was successful, I was required to travel nationally to provide both, onsite system implementations and technical support.

Taken on additional responsibilities by providing transport assistance for the following+ Scheduling/Track/Trace freight with multiple carriers.+ Oversee deliveries for specialised project sites (eg: Mining / Hospitals / Prisons)+ Ad-hoc quotes for sameday / site to site / FCL / deliveries.+ Support Analyst for managers' monthly reports.
