Specialising in bespoke plants tailored to meet specific client standards - MAK Water offers a range of ownership models - including D&C, DBO(M), BOO & BOOT and Rental units.As a senior member of the team, in addition to profit centre responsibility for my region I am also the company Quality Manager having taken the company to ISO9001 certification, and conduct the annual management planning workshops with the management team. I have also been involved in M&A activities with the company, providing input into corporate strategy, evaluation of go/no go, due diligence, and execution.Responsible for four profit centres, the eastern service teams have achieved some great results in improving the overall reliable operation of both MAK Water and Non-MAK Water plants. Fewer breakdowns means less lost production...lower overall costs and a trusting partnership with our clients for our support and advice.... a winning combination!

The Victorian team established an east coast presence for the business, enabling support for clients in Vic/Tas and NSW, elevating MAK Water to being one of a limited range of companies with a genuine national service capability offering local offices and service technicians in each state.This has successfully grown from zero to profitable offices in Vic and NSW.
