Lead, manage, and implement week-long educational environmental program that meets CA Next Generation Science Standards for Orange County Title I 5th grade students. Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships, while positively motivating and managing five group activity leaders and other volunteers in program objectives. Instructs student campers on topics about wetland ecology, habitats, food webs, plant ecology, wildlife adaptations, geology, archaeology, paleontology, astronomy, and Native American culture. Responsible for overall supervision of student campers and maintains open communication with supervisors, government officials, and on-site teachers regarding all student issues and solutions.

Opens new customer accounts, maintains client information, records, and compiles survey statistics. Continually meets or exceeds goals of marketing units with a 95% occupancy rate. Performs data entry tasks, reconciles, and submits finished daily closing reports to the accounts manager, while adhering to all local, state, and federal laws. Sensitively handles customer concerns and optimizes client relationships to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Work weekends, school breaks, and holidays.

Taught 5 classes of U.S. History to 168 diverse students of varying abilities with multidisciplinary lesson plans and cooperative learning. Implemented diverse approaches to ensure understanding of course subjects and overall academic success. Planned and developed curricula consistent with Common Core Standards, while maintaining accurate records for data analysis and evaluation. Worked cooperatively as a positive team member with teacher colleagues, administrators, and parents.​
