I head up a small team who have responsibility for developing and maintaining the business' internal and customer EDI interfaces. Additionally, the team provides 3rd line technical support for the UNIX and Oracle systems. The team is made up of Customer Leads who have responsibilities for multiple customers and their WMS processes and interface communications. In addition to managing this team, I am also responsible for the tier 1 customer accounts.

I am a member of a team who responsibilities are to maintain and support a number of different logistics management systems.The team is responsible for the Warehouse Management, Duty Management (Bond), Container Management (Rail) as well as Customer Integration systems.Throughout my years in this role, I have covered a wide range of responsibility from business analysing, technical design, configuration and building system solutions for the business needs.This scale of these roles have been from small one off reports for the business to full software investigation and implementation.One of my main responsibility is Customer Integration, specifying and building B2B EDI solutions using a wide number of communication and transportation protocols.

My main role was to provide a local, on site technicians’ role aiding the outsourced IT support company who managed the companies’ servers, software and support needs.In addition I also organised and preformed basic computer and Microsoft Office training for non-admin staff that were looking to get more involved with the technologies that the company had available.
