I am a graduate of San Diego State University with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. I am passionate about the field of engineering, and I strive to support the leading edge of technology and design. I am also heavily interested in robotics, 3D-printing, and composites. Please ask for my resume.Within my professional career, I have worked on numerous projects involving Solidworks and PLM software. I have worked collaboratively in various departments as well as independently. I have also designed and produced many fixtures and 3D-printed components, and completed plenty of hands-on tasks to help the team.I have years of experience working for a defense company as a mechanical engineer, where I have designed a handful of tooling and test fixures, as well as CNC'd molds for UAV drone components. I am proficient in industry-standard software used to create designs, components, and assemblies. I've worked on various projects involving Solidworks and PLM/PDM software. I produced many components as well as 2D/3D drawings in Solidworks using GD&T knowledge.I am very proficient in the use of Solidworks and Illustrator/Photoshop. I have successfully performed as CAD Lead and Graphics Designer for Team Icarus, an extracurricular solid rocket team partnered with SDSU. I have also completed a two-semester team-based senior CubeSat project as CAD lead, responsible for creating the entire CubeSat and its constituent components. I am eager to work and put my professional skills and education to full use.My favorite extracurricular activity is tinkering with the electronics on my sports car or my motorcycles. I have installed and wired a plethora of electrical devices on my vehicles myself, including voltmeters, alarm systems, sound systems, OBD ports, programmable RGB light strips, PA systems, various safety devices, and much much more.
