As the Managing Partner of Cedar Springs Capital (CSC), I lead a team of private equity professionals who specialize in off-the-run secondary transactions, private equity fund restructuring, private equity secondary direct purchases, and fund end of life solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the private equity secondary market, I have a proven track record of delivering value to our clients and partners by providing innovative and customized solutions for complex and challenging situations.I have a strong background in private equity advisory, investment, and due diligence, having founded and led Cogent Partners, a leading private equity secondary market advisory firm that was acquired by Greenhill in 2015.
