In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I am dedicated to maximizing the accessibility of AI solutions and broadening their use throughout the company. These initiatives are crucial for bolstering data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.As the lead of the Global AI Center of Excellence at Coherent, I oversee a multidisciplinary, diverse team in developing intuitive platforms and AI/ ML/ LLM solutions that facilitate the adoption and use of AI technologies across the enterprise. Our goal is to democratize advanced capabilities to enhance efficiency, drive significant ROI, and foster value creation by aligning our efforts with business outcomes and organizational impact.In this role, I oversee the strategic direction and implementation of AI/ML/LLM initiatives, ensuring easy accessibility of these technologies across various organizational tiers. We are committed to equipping all employees with the tools necessary to harness AI capabilities, thereby fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning globally.
