Together, we help thousands of people get back into the workforce each year.We do this by connecting people: people in the private sector, people in education and government, people in the community. My vision was to create an organization that took some of the best attributes of the business world, professionalism, focus on results, consistent levels of service and apply them, not to create profit, but to correct an all too common social issue: job loss. Our goals are achieved by creating a clear vision, fostering an environment of openness and collaboration and providing consistent leadership to ensure we deliver on our commitments.
