Joined SAGE on a 15 month contract for the flagship Monash Freeway Upgrade Project Stage 1 (MFU1). Initial responsibilities included project schedule monitoring and updates, procurement of ITS devices and associated equipment, collection and collation of field reports and quality documentation, attendance and taking minutes at project meetings.This role evolved to include site management and supervision of day and night shifts involving cable hauling through underground conduits, device installation, gantry pre-wiring in a offsite lay down yard, and detailed shift to shift works planning.
