Acapella Productions (ACP) is a production company that is in charge of the production side of collegiate acapella groups all over the north-east. As a Lighting Engineer I work in a small team of 2-4 people. This team's job is to load in and set up the equipment correctly, problem solve issues during production, understand the basic functions of a variety of sound and light equipment, and design the layout of the stage. As a Lighting Engineer I am in charge of the design, set up, and programming of our lighting systems we run for live shows. I am tasked with being a leader to my team, fixing any issues that arise, delegating tasks, and assisting others in order to get our job done in a time efficient manner.
