I founded Produco in 2016, seeing the need for senior food safety leadership and regulatory guidance in the food and dairy industries.I gained extensive experience across New Zealand’s regulatory environment including NZ Standards Development, Regulatory Interpretation, Market Access and Official Assurance Specification Implementation through my previous roles working for New Zealand’s leading dairy companies.I’m passionate about building great teams and giving people opportunities to grow and expand their careers. I’ve led and driven highly engaged and dynamic teams and evidence of this is seen by achieving scores >4.5 Gallup Engagement survey over consecutive years.A Farmer's son, knowledge of the Dairy/Food/FMCG end-to-end supply chain is considerable, including on-farm impacts. I also relish the challenge of creating quality solutions to ensure compliance while adding value and opportunities to continually improve.
