Accepted as a member of the prestigious BAFTA Crew, a UK wide initiative that brings together a professional network of industry talent working in film & TV. During the Covid 19 lockdown I was asked to host a BAFTA webinar on the use of VR in cinematic experiences.

For over ten years I have been lucky enough to gain experience in all aspects of film, video and audio production. This ‘hands on approach’ to my work has allowed me to work with a wide range of talented and highly skilled industry professionals. I currently produce and manage multiple film, video and audio projects, delivering worldwide to a variety of media sectors, platforms and formats including: feature films, television, VOD / online digital platforms, IMAX cinemas, museums, theme parks and visitor attractions.As a head of department, my key responsibilities include managing film, video and audio projects, overseeing and writing budgets and risk assessments, booking crew, kit, studios and completing HES documentation. I mentor work experience and placement students and enjoy mentoring young creatives and helping them with career choices. Alongside my role at Figment, I am a mentor for the PPA in Guildford and have given several guest lectures to MA and Post graduate students on Digital Media.I negotiate and book talent for projects with agents and casting directors. Supervising sound and music post-production. I regularly liaise with artists, composers, synchronization and licensing organisations (MCPS) and have worked closely with footage and sound clip archives such as Pathe, IMG, ITV, and the BBC.I consistently maintain a high level of professionalism in the workplace. I work extremely well under pressure, managing and delivering the projects or shoots on time and on budget.

Teaching on the MA in Digital Media course for both UK based and international students.

MD of my own Film and Video Production Company making feature films, music videos, behind the scenes film and video content, event films and cinematic films for museums. Clients included: Proctor & Gamble, De La Rue, BAE Systems, UK Sport, Chelsea FC, Yorkshire Cricket Club, Subsource. We also produced Award nominated Music documentary SUBSOURCE A Dubumentary which received its World Premiere at the Desert Rocks International Film Festival in Los Angeles California and was distributed on various platforms including Film4, Virgin Media, HMV, Play.com.

For four years I worked full time at award winning interactive design agency Flaming Pear which specialised in Video, Motion Graphics, & CGI. My role expanded from DoP/Editor to Film and Video Producer/Director. Whilst working full time I also Directed and Edited Feature Music Documentary GuilFest Grass Roots and Produced and Edited psychological thriller The Fallow Field. Clients included: Microsoft, Hitachi, BAE Systems, The British Army, Vodafone, Wimbledon Tennis Museum,

Whilst studying at University I worked at Reuters News Agency in London training as producer, camera and sound operator and working on the international news helpdesk. I worked on a diverse range of broadcast news and entertainment shoots working with some of the best news camera operators in the world. Interviewing Sir Peter Jackson, Sir Ian McKellen, Andy Serkis, Sir Richard Taylor, Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, Steven Spielberg, Tim Burton, Daniel Craig, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.
