My practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business succession planning, and business entity formation.

I represented residential mortgage lenders and loan servicers in all aspects of foreclosure litigation. I also handled the firm's post-foreclosure eviction matters.

I designed and drafted estate plans for both complex, federally taxable estates, and simple non-taxable estates. I handled all of the firm's probate and trust administration matters from initial client intake through final distributions. Additionally, my practice included business and corporate law, including entity selection and formation, commercial lease drafting, and contract drafting and review. I also represented guardians and conservators, in the context of both protected persons and minors.
