CurrentResponsible for the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and support of new software applications and enhancements to existing applicationsContribute to the preparation of specifications to resolve business client questionsMaintain and update the internal insurance agent website for writing policies and selling home, auto, watercraft, and package quotesFocus on both the framework for computing insurance premiums as well as the UI Built out multiple products over dozens of states while being attentive to the differing needs and business requirements that make each product uniqueWork primarily in C# using Visual Studio 2022 and SQL to maintain 50+ tablesAssess, triage, and clear 10-20 bugs, issues, and backlog items per weekAssist others in refining system specifications gathered from end-usersTranslate detailed program specifications for less complex problems into codeCreate and modify programs to adapt to changes in needs and requirementsTest coded program routines and make revisions to eliminate errorsReview test results with users, complete final program documentation, and obtain approval for changes
