As a director in Deloitte’s SPA practice, I focus on advising clients regarding the accounting-related aspects of sale and purchase agreements (“SPAs”).Prior to joining the Deloitte team in London, I’ve worked in external audit, forensic accounting, and most recently SPA/M&A experience (over the last 6 years). I graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting Science. I am a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
