Led company to profitability in six months with zero debt after designing and deploying its CMS & Delivery System using open source applications in the AWS cloud.Prior to UNIX Packages Colin was Co-founder of Reaxion, a mobile games and applications publisher, serving as COO. Grew the Company from pre-revenue to $1.6 million and staff from 2 to 50 employees in Seattle, Moscow, and Minsk. Raised $3.5 million of Series A investment. Ascended to CEO position in 2007.Colin Negotiated and drove merger with Seattle competitor Mobliss. Resolved $2 million of debt from previous administration successfully achieving advantageous settlement with all creditors. Rationalized new enterprise. Transitioned legacy rack-based servers and fiber links to the cloud. Relocated Mobliss Dev team to Reaxion’s offshore studios in Moscow and Minsk and renegotiated royalty contracts with brand holders. Terminated unprofitable title development. Achieved profitability for the first time in the company’s eight-year history. Branded new organization as PressOK Entertainment.Drove expansion of existing development framework to include IOS and Windows Mobile. Launched a number of early iPhone games including America’s Next Top Model, Bumper Stars, Finger Physics company’s first #1 game on the Apple App Store, 3 weeks at the top of the store > 10 million downloads.
