Responsible for products across the Fuel Control and Automated Tank Gauging lines, from conceptual design through to launch, and supporting launched products in the field. Interface with customers, distributors, and sales team to understand needs in the marketplace and communicate these back to our engineering and development team. Work hands-on with our technical support and quality team to adequately address customer issues and provide on-site support if needed. Work with suppliers, teams, and customers across North America and globally to bring new products to market, while adding security and convenience to commercial fueling sites.

Assist with the successful completion of product design projects from concept to completion within schedule, cost and design parameters. Includes work to design, develop, and improve new and current battery designs for the telecommunications and UPS industries. Provide engineering support during test builds in the manufacturing plant working with factory engineers, operators, and supervisors. Design and help coordinate battery test procedures with the electrical test lab. Seek out continuous improvement opportunities for product improvements or quality improvements.

My key duties were to create, format, and perform Installation/Operation Qualification on an assortment of machines and tanks, along with creating work instructions, and filling pilot batch orders for companies such as Johnson and Johnson and Bath and Body Works. I was placed in charge of the change parts for the lines and was responsible for making sure the right parts were being used in the production process.
