Responsible for spot checking to make sure the work gets done on time and to standard.Responsible for planning and supervising tactical operations, Field Training Exercises and Battle Drills. Responsible to plan, resource, execute and assess training at the platoon level. I wrote operation orders, requested training resources, conduced mission briefs and assess training. I also prepared risk assessments and conducted After-Action-Reviews (AARs) with my Soldiers and with my supervisor, the Company Commander. Responsible for $2.6 million in equipment, including vehicles, sensitive items, radios and office equipment. Responsible for the operational readiness of my equipment. Created a schedule to ensure regular maintenance is done on vehicles, radio equipment, weapons, and much more. Creating a competitive and developmental environment I ensured my Soldiers are ready to deploy at moment’s notice. This includes physical fitness, medical readiness, weapons qualification, and profiles. I implemented a Soldier development system which allowed my leadership team and I to manage Soldiers on an individual basis and know the strengths, weaknesses and shortcomings of each Soldier.

In providing excellent customer service I was voted multiple times amongst my piers as best in customer service. Through relating to clients needs I placed #1. Whenever I had a Formal event for the Army or the State I would rent the best car from my branch and let the car do the talking. This drove my customers to the branch and increasedCheck vehicle inventory and work with surrounding branches to ensure the branch had the vehicles for required to fulfill the needs of the reservations. Maintained correspondence with repair shops and insurance companies to ensure the rental clients are kept up-to-date with the repairs of their vehicles and the status of their insurance claim rental coverage.

Trained and prepared for Alabama Special Forces Readiness Evaluation (SFRE), Special Operations Preparation Course, Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS), Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC).Trained in all Major Duties- Organizes, trains, advises and supervises indigenous and allied personnel in the installation, utilization and operation of radio equipment, radio nets, standard and expedient antenna systems and wire communications. Proficient in and the instruction of the installation, operation and employment FM, AM, VHF, UHF, and SHF radio communication systems to transmit and receive radio messages in voice, continuous wave, and burst code radio nets. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of detachment tactical and operational communications and communication equipment. Planed, prepared and assists in the communications targets portion of the area study, prepares and assists in briefings, briefbacks and debriefings. Supervised the communication functions when in split detachment configuration for special operations or missions. Conducts C-E duties when task-organized in preparation (isolation) for missions and during operations, and advises the detachment commander on all communications matters.
