I love a challenge. The adventure of learning something new, solving a problem that hasn’t been solved or wasn’t even known to be a problem, tearing something apart to figure out how it works, and helping people understand their technical issues and teach them how to better approach a resolution; these are the things that make me tick. In each role that I have taken on I have worked from the ground up. I believe this is the best approach to understand the problem the organization is trying to resolve. Staying in touch with the base goals helps simplify the problems at the top. Leveraging my problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills I have worked to understand the customer or the business problem that needs to be solved. With this approach I have saved small to medium sized business thousands of dollars in technical costs while at the same time streamlined processes and tasks internally to increase profit margins and reduce man hours.
