Participated in a project to visualize the construction of an arts centre in China. Resposible for refining lighting strategies, successful rendering and compositing of deliverables. Facilitated the rendering of textures and materials correctly, researched strategies and updated to a linear light workflow.Improved effectiveness and efficiency when working in the scene files supplied, implemented a naming convention and streamlined assets to appropriate layers.Drove an efficient modelling workflow when assets were created which successfully allowed input from the client.

Created pre viz sequences for shots which would require VFX. Working closely with the VFX co-ordinator and director providing WIPs for assessment. These were achieved via a Maya, Photoshop and After Effects integrated workflow.Produce slap comps to convey alterations and development of shots both for third party VFX for bidding.Facilitated the ease of communication between the VFX department and crew. Created datasheets with visuals of VFX shots and relevant camera information.Facilitated the acquisition of accurate set and camera data whilst on night and day shoots, contributing to the VFX database.

Marketing Material ProductionCollated, streamlined and identified appropriate projects from over six years of student work in order to find relevant project files.Completed the rendering of a selaction of HD images and sequences via the University's render farm.Composited the render passes and edited a new showreel for ‘BA 3D Animation’, course working with the Head of Faculty.

Duties ranged from arranging emergency payments and floats to cashing cheques, in doing so I would also manage and balance the Chief Cashiers Float of £75,000 on a daily basis.Successfully initiated a new method of reimbursement for emergency payment by advising senior colleagues how to implement solutions whilst remaining transparent for audit purposes.Facilitated the implementation of a simple yet robust database, this bridged an information gap existing between databases.Increased efficiency and reduced errors by executing databases to account for confidential stationary and create alerts when the various stock required ordering.

Requests from clients were converted into relevant sized patterns in order to serve as a starting point for the finished product. The flags themselves were handmade requiring great attention to detail.The position itself was extremely intensive and rewarding, and as part of a team my colleagues and I would work to tight deadlines.

I was hired by the client as an illustrator to create images for greetings cards. Collaborating closely with the client I was able to come to a successful and appropriate solutions, whilst working to tight deadlines.

The client requested artwork to be used as limited prints and sold to department stores and interior design showrooms.
