As the identified learning and development expert, worked with global SMEs to design and deliver a complex 2 day technical workshop resulting in positive capability impacts for staff across Asia, South America, North America and Europe.• Identified the need to deliver a consistent technical general induction program across all staff. Designed, delivered and evaluated a comprehensive blended learning program consisting of elearning, self paced workbooks and coaching, 50 new starters successfully completed this in 2015.• Highlighted the need for a better understanding of local capability when planning for business improvement and training, created a comprehensive ‘technical needs assessment’ consisting 300 unique questions, the results giving unprecedented visibility of process and knowledge gaps.• Acted as a subject matter expert for the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance, advising on industry standards for the creation of their new qualification framework
