My association with the automotive industry spans a period of 36 years. During that time I have held a number of roles commencing as an Apprentice Automotive Technician and progressing to my current position in, Perth. I have attended courses to assist my development and have won a number of awards.The experience I have gained, having worked in three countries England, New Zealand and Australia, has made me both innovative and adaptable and I can relate with ease to clients from all socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.During my time in the industry I have been fortunate to meet many professional respected practitioners who have inspired me to further enhance my own career. My leadership and teaching skills have been recognised by sales and work personnel, managers and others. I promote loyal and well educated sales and work teams where members treat each other with respect and honesty. Open communication is actively encouraged. Such an approach leads to improved staff satisfaction and retention rates and an increase to outputs and profits follow on.The core values of honesty, integrity and sincerity underpin my entire work ethos. Together with my professionalism and leadership qualities I have steadily earned respect from my peers and managers in the automotive world.
