We're a small team building a Ruby on Rails social networking destination. Audio collection and sharing is our focus. I'm writing Ruby on Rails. The project has used Amazon Web services to build a virtual, flexible deployment infrastructure. Many Rails recipes and plugins have been consumed; attachments, google maps, solr search, audio and video transcoding, Adobe Flash talking to a red5 multimedia server.Asterisk is used to implement VOIP with RAGI.
