Managed a portfolio of ultra-high net worth individuals and crafted luxurious private trips for their families, colleagues and other social groups. Oversaw all relevant project management steps necessary to deliver the world's premier travel experience. This includes directing multinational teams across a virtual network, financial forecasting, trip budgeting, contract negotiations and document management, all within tight deadlines. Other responsibilities include setting and measuring key performance marks for each departure including profitability optimization, analyzing gross profit variance and foreign currency exposure. Contributed as a team member to the Bespoke group development, policies and procedures. Assisted with the training of Regional Directors and Guides in accounting, and other key aspects.

In charge of all aspects of logistics and financial management for trip departures in over 27 countries. My position also comprised the human resources management of five Departure Managers responsible for 15 Regional Directors and 70 guides. The position supervised external operating costs as well as setting and meeting internal targets. I was also strongly involved in affecting business structure change, proposing and orchestrating a major staff reorganization to better facilitate department operations.

Oversaw the operation of five eco-tourism lodges and one cruise ship, human resources management for 200 employees and eight managers. I also managed the preparation of financial reports, logistics for purchasing food and beverages and arranging distribution to the remote lodges for 15,000 meals annually and for 5,000 bed nights. Along with directing domestic marketing, I oversaw quality maintenance for the lodges, liaised with the lodge managers to address ongoing concerns, and personally guided VIP clients.
