LC draft checking, liaison with Banks and consular services.• Prepare cash against doc’s ready for finance presentation. • Operating on-line courier systems for shipping and logistical tracking.• Supplier relation management of 3rd party suppliers to include but not limed to: Logistics warehousing, International transport providers, EU and UK Road Haulage, Export Packers, Consular Services. • Review set KPI’s with service providers: Inbound Activity / Pick pack & despatch activity / OTIF / Stock accuracy / Claims.• Co-ordinate and review where necessary weekly Inventory reconciliation’s with 3rd Party Warehouse. Co-ordinate annual stock checks with internal depts, financial auditors and 3rd party warehousing.• Monitor daily warehouse activity, to include but not limited to: Inbound, receipt, order pick and pack, despatch, stock allocations.• Support Sales Support Team, to ensure supply to market achieved on time in full. • Dealing with internal and external customers and service providers daily. • Ensuring HMC&R compliance to all country Importation and Exportation laws and regulations are adhered to, to include International, EU and UK movement. • HMC&R Inbound clearance authorisation and clearance controls. • Manage weekly meeting with International Manufacturers to discuss availability and supply. • Weekly / Monthly Operational meetings with 3rd Party Warehousing and Transport Providers.• Authorise and freight audit billing invoices from global suppliers. • Responsible for raising coordinating and investigation through to resolution service provider’s insurance claims.
