In this role I am responsible for driving IBM sales from opportunity identification to deal closure measured in transactional revenue, signings, or both. In contrast to a traditional face-to-face role, this role uses Digital collaboration and communication tools including Social selling. I kept an entrepreneurial mindset to identify, develop, and validate business opportunities for select products/offerings. I Prospect into new logo and existing client accounts for growth offerings. As well as maintain up-to-date offering knowledge, and validate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for selling pods and channel partners all while collaborating with Marketing on ongoing lead nurturing and campaign optimization.

Prepares legal drafts by assembling and organizing information for legal forms and documents, including complaints, declarations, discovery requests, responses, and other pleadings.Researches law by studying laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court opinions, including precedents and reasoning, and trends using standard print texts and computers; preparing legal memoranda.Assembles case materials by collecting, organizing, and summarizing information, documents, reports, and evidence.Maintains calendar by entering and updating requirements, court dates, and meetings.Protects law firm's reputation by keeping client information confidential.
