I have 25+ years of industry experience in technical services roles and previously employed by Interlogix, a CCTV, intrusion and access control technology manufacturer, providing manufacturer Level 2, 3 and 4 support for trained security integrators and product distributors. Within this role, I was the technical support mentor and senior technician.I possess extensive experience in installation, fault finding, diagnostics, repair and hardware engineering in various machine-based fields. I also have previous project management experience from concept through to integration on several large scale government and private projects.I am familiar with many technologies and have diverse experience in working on building systems for large and small customers such as retail, council, broadcasters police stations, airports and banks. As a result I possess not only many transferrable skills but also the ability to offer out of the box ideas, perspective and leadership.In my prior role I was given the opportunity to demonstrate both my leadership, planning and practical skills as the technical lead in the construction of a graded security control room. Along with this I guided service and project teams to achieve outstanding results through planning, support, standardisation and technical exploration.I regularly write technical and user manuals which are used for both customer and internal learning.
