Lead and manage the Comparator Business Benchmarking team across all of its financial services studies. This includes Financial Planning, Retail Platforms and Superannuation Funds, and the Home Loan and Mortgage sector. As the senior leader, I am responsible for all the studies to produce end-to-end performance diagnostics that help our clients to track, compare and improve their businesses.

Managing the Financial Advice benchmarking studies for Comparator. The role was to ensure that our participants received maximum value in terms of reporting and presentations of their results against their peers.

Review a specific client service offer that is currently limited to a small number of clients. The challenge was to determine how the service offer could be rolled out to a broader client base. The project determined the client target market(s), improved services, revenue and cost expectations.

The project was to integrate The Trust Company Private Clients division into the successful Perpetual Private financial planning model. Working alongside the project leaders and Perpetual general managers, my role was to set and implement the strategy to ensure the clients and staff are transitioned to the new business model with the minimum of fuss and client leakage.

Managed a team of salaried financial advisers (Hillross Alliances) within Hillross Financial Services. The focus was on building a structure that delivers high quailty financial advice to its clients with systems and processes that can be transferred across the broader group of Hillross.

To build a team of Financual Advisers to service the clients of Rabobank and the wider communities. The business established itself as a leader in financial services for rural Australia.

To market a new dealer group 'monere' that would run alongside the traditional ipac model. The business model was quite unique for its time by providing a range of proven processes and systems that would allow advisers to run a very efficient business.

The role was to lead grow the region in terms of adviser firms, advisers and the profitability of the region.During my time I managed significant growth and implemented new strategic planning for each adviser firm to grow their own franchise.

During my carer with ANZ I held numerous roles from Financial Adviser, to a national Marketing role dealing with advisers and the media. My last position was State Manager looking after a vast team of advisers.
